At Flowr Shop, we do not sell cannabis products directly to consumers. Our products are available only through licensed dispensaries and wholesale partners. Because of this:
1. Consumer Purchases

All consumer purchases, refunds, and exchanges are handled exclusively by the licensed dispensary where the product was purchased.

Please contact the dispensary directly regarding their return or refund policies. Each dispensary may have its own rules in compliance with state and local regulations.
2. Wholesale Partners

Wholesale orders are subject to the terms of our wholesale agreements.

Any claims regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or proof of damage/defect for verification before authorizing a return or credit.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to cannabis regulations, once cannabis products leave a licensed facility and are delivered to a dispensary or consumer, they cannot be returned to us.
4. Apparel & Merchandise
For non-cannabis items (such as apparel, accessories, or other branded merchandise sold directly by us online), we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
